About the Client Our client is a fast-growing, internationally recognised music and entertainment business operating across multiple labels and entities. With a strong presence in the global music market, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion across Europe.

The Role We are supporting the search for a Senior Accountant to join the European finance team, reporting directly to the European CFO. This is a key role responsible for managing financial reporting across 8–10 entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. This position offers a blend of hands-on accounting and group-level exposure, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative industry.

Key Responsibilities Manage accounting across 8–10 entities/labels within the group Lead group consolidation processes and support month-end close Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls Oversee fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Partner closely with the European CFO on financial insights and improvements

About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience within the music industry (essential) Strong multi-entity accounting and group consolidation experience Confident with balance sheet ownership and month-end processes Experience using NetSuite is highly desirable Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
