Senior Associate - Insurance Litigation

The Client: Our client is a top UK law firm that works with household names in the UK and internationally. With Insurance a core sector focus, the firm supports its clients with expertise across a range of areas including professional indemnity, D&O, political risk, property and cyber.

The role: The London team is recruiting for a Senior Associate to advise on a broad range of insurance coverage and liability defence matters, working with multiple partners on complex, often international disputes. You will have an opportunity to work across the following areas:

D&O and financial lines Cyber and Technology risks Credit and political risk, political violence Property damage Reinsurance Fraud Professional indemnity (including solicitors, accountants, brokers and construction professionals) Specialty lines, including specie, personal accident, and accident & health

The Person: You will ideally be 5+PQE with a strong understanding of the London insurance market and experience of working on complex and high-value matters. You should be confident in advising on policy interpretation, coverage disputes, liability defense, subrogation, and dispute resolution strategy.
