About the job Techcronus UK is a global technology company specializing in blockchain development, Web3 solutions, and digital transformation. As part of our continued expansion into blockchain and crypto markets, we are seeking a Senior Blockchain Business Development professional to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth, build high-value partnerships, and expand Techcronus UK’s presence across global markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience in business development within blockchain or fintech, a solid network in the industry, and the ability to identify and close strategic opportunities in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position open to international candidates. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within blockchain, Web3, and crypto ecosystems. Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders globally. Drive lead generation and pipeline development across multiple markets. Negotiate and close strategic partnerships and commercial agreements. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to align solutions with client needs. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for blockchain services and products. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in Web3. Represent Techcronus UK at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms. Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline, deals, and revenue forecasts. Contribute to overall business growth strategy and expansion initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within blockchain / crypto / fintech. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and digital asset markets. Experience working with or knowledge of major platforms such as Binance, Kraken, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, international environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). What We Offer Competitive salary:£90,000 – £120,000 per year (depending on experience).
