An excellent opportunity for an experienced, Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established, forward-thinking business, managing a high-quality mixed commercial portfolio.

The Role You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, ensuring assets are compliant, well maintained, and delivering strong performance. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, you’ll provide both day-to-day management and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities Manage client and tenant relationships Manage service charge budgets and rent collection/arrears Carry out property inspections Oversee maintenance and contractor management Enforce lease covenants and manage lease events Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire regulations Handle rent reviews and lease renewals

About You Proven commercial property management experience Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance Organised, proactive, and confident working independently Good IT skills; RICS (or similar) desirable
