Senior Creative role where you will lead the big ideas and creative concepts for a range of events and experiential activations!
The agency
Our client is a creative events and production agency who work with a wide range of well known brands to produce brand activations, influencer and press events as well as product launches and immersive experiences. From installs to bespoke builds each project is unique and their highly experienced team respond to each brief with passion and creativity.
The role
Due to growth of their already established client base their creative team is growing and we are now seeking a Senior Creative to join this great agency. As Senior Creative you will take the lead on the development of big ideas while ensuring all creative output is strategically aligned, commercially impactful, and delivered to the highest standard. You play a critical role not just in shaping creative, but in driving business growth—identifying opportunities to amplify ideas, strengthen pitches, and unlock additional revenue streams across projects. Driving winning pitch ideas as well as overseeing all graphics and production assets is key and you will work closely with the strategy department.
About you
As a Senior Creative you will already be working in a similar role, with an understanding of the events / experiential industry and a strong portfolio with the ability to lead a team on winning pitches. A strategic thinker and creative leader you thrive on structure as much as ideas and have the ability to guide teams, elevate work, and deliver consistently high standards. Spatial design, experiential and events experience is key and ideally you will have a working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Vectorworks and Adobe Suite.
