Senior Employment Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier Northern Irish law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Employment team within their Belfast office,

The Role The successful candidate will join an esteemed Employment team, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters for a diverse range of clients. The candidate’s role will see them working on matters such as advising on diligence reviews, strategic HR advisory work, co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional disclosure schedules, conducting investigations, and working on Employment Tribunal claims

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria 7+ PQE; Strong background in employment law within a medium to large commercial or boutique law firm; Excellent commercial awareness; Outstanding academics; Technically excellent; Negotiation skills; Willingness to become involved in business development; Ability to work independently and as a team.
