Senior ERP Recruitment consultant

We are experiencing rapid growth at Trova and are looking to add a talented Senior ERP Recruitment Consultant to our London-based team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ERP roles (ideally within Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics) Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of hiring needs and business objectives Source, screen, and interview candidates across a range of ERP positions, including both functional and technical roles Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of ERP professionals Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies Manage offer negotiations and oversee the closing process with both clients and candidates Mentor junior consultants and contribute to overall team performance Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets

Key Requirements Proven experience (2+ years) in ERP or IT recruitment, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and clients in a fast-paced environment Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field Established network within the ERP talent market (ideally Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics) Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent roles
