We are now looking for a (Senior) FP&A Analyst (maternity cover, 6 months, immediate start) who is motivated by meaningful work and wants to contribute to a sustainable, forward-looking future. In this role, you will play an important part in helping Volue deliver value to customers in line with our mission, shaping the financial insights that guide strategic decisions.

This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave for an initial period of 6 months, starting as soon as possible. You will join a supportive, collaborative environment where your perspectives, ideas, and professional growth matter, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders across several countries.

About the Role As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will develop financial analysis that enables the business to plan with confidence and act decisively. You’ll combine analytical strength with curiosity, communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities · Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. · Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support strategic planning and operational decision-making. · Variance Analysis: Conduct insightful variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance. Be able to confidently identify the WHAT and provide recommendations on what actions are required. · Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide financial insights and support business initiatives. · Post Merger Integration (PMI): Play a key role in the post transaction effort to successfully integrate new acquisitions, including system migrations, process change and aligning financial reporting. · Saas KPI reporting: Work closely with the respective department leaders to track and report on the key Saas metrics such as GRR, NRR, etc. · Model Development: Design and maintain financial models to enhance business analysis capabilities and support long-term planning efforts. · Process Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement mindset by driving simplification, automation, and standardization of financial processes.

What You Bring · Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are preferred. · Experience: Several years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, preferably in a Saas and Private Equity owned business Desired Skills · Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling, advanced Excel skills, AI proficiency, and experience using financial software and reporting tools such as Dynamics, PowerBI and Salesforce · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work with large data sets and see through the noise to create accurate, relevant and meaningful analysis · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures. · Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Excel/Power BI copilots, forecasting and automation assistants) to accelerate analysis and improve reporting quality, with appropriate judgment, data governance, and confidentiality. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
