Salary: A GBP 90,000 : A GBP 95,000 + bonus

This is not your typical General Manager role. You NEED Multisite experience .

Were working with one of Brightons most exciting and high:profile hospitality businesses, a truly unique operation with multiple revenue streams, significant footfall, and a strong presence in the local market. This is a flagship site that requires a senior operator to take full ownership of the entire business. This role is about leading from the front, being the face of the business, and driving performance across all areas, not just service, but the full operation.

The Senior General Manager Role

Full accountability for a complex, high:volume site with 8 distinct revenue streams Acting as the face of the business, highly visible, engaging with guests, team, and stakeholders Driving commercial performance, growth, and operational excellence Leading, developing, and inspiring a large, multi:layered team Overseeing all aspects of the operation including finance, marketing, people, and guest experience Working closely with ownership on strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement

The Right Person

Proven experience as a Senior General Manager or similar in a high:volume, multi:faceted environment Strong commercial acumen with full P and L responsibility A natural leader who leads from the floor and thrives in a front:facing role Experience managing complex operations with multiple revenue streams Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act decisively Passionate about people, culture, and guest experience Resilient, hands:on, and comfortable operating at pace
