The Opportunity As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Feel’s customer acquisition and performance marketing strategy — owning paid media, growth analytics, agency collaboration, and creative ideation across all channels. This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially-minded marketer with a deep understanding of the DTC landscape and the ability to scale efficiently across global markets. You’ll work closely with the CMO, in-house teams, and external agencies to deliver scalable and sustainable growth across paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging platforms. From strategic planning to hands-on testing, you’ll thrive in data, experiment boldly, and champion creatives that convert.
Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution Lead and evolve the global digital growth strategy across paid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, and new growth channels Own customer acquisition KPIs, CAC, ROAS, and LTV — setting clear goals and tracking performance against targets Identify growth opportunities by channel, region, and audience segment, adapting strategy accordingly
Agency & Partner Management Manage day-to-day relationships with performance marketing agencies and media buying partners Ensure alignment on targets, messaging, budgets, testing roadmaps, and creative feedback loops Hold partners accountable for performance and continuously seek out best-in-class solutions
Creative Strategy & Testing Generate and brief high-performing creative concepts in partnership with design and influencer teams Build and own the creative testing roadmap — from hooks and visuals to CTAs and formats Analyse ad performance across platforms and use insights to inform future creative direction
Data, Analytics & Optimisation Own reporting and analysis of growth performance — from acquisition funnels to attribution Use insights to fuel continuous optimisation, budget allocation, and forecasting Partner with product, finance, and retention teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the customer journey
Innovation & Experimentation Test emerging platforms, tools, and trends to unlock new growth opportunities Collaborate on product launches, bundles, and promotions with a growth-first lens Keep ahead of the curve on performance marketing trends in wellness, beauty, and consumer tech
What You’ll Need 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth, ideally in high-growth DTC environments Deep expertise across paid social, SEM, and performance platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate) Proven experience managing agencies and external media partners Strong creative intuition with experience briefing, testing, and scaling ad creatives Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in attribution, cohort analysis, and funnel optimisation Highly commercial mindset, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and customer value Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves and test new ideas
