Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Contract) | £350 - £400 per day (Outside IR35) | x4 Days per Week - Coventry

Here at Burns Sheehan, we’re supporting a growing, technology-led ecommerce business with a strong sustainability focus, looking to bring in a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer on an initial 3-month contract.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope, working across a modern Microsoft environment while supporting business-critical systems and delivering key infrastructure projects.

The Role:

Provide support across 1st - 3rd line, resolving infrastructure and end-user issues Administer and maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory) Support Hyper-V virtualised environments Deliver infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations and improvements Monitor system performance, ensuring stability, availability and security Support end-user hardware including laptops, desktops and mobile devices Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Maintain clear technical documentation
