We're excited to announce a brand new opportunity for a Senior Paid Media Manager, a role that is key to the delivery and development of our Paid Media offering. This role is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of paid media activity across client accounts, spanning PPC, paid social, and other performance-led channels. Working closely with the Creative Lead, Senior SEO Strategist, SEO and Digital PR Leads, this role ensures Paid Media is effectively integrated into ICS-digital's broader digital ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role, with responsibility for both strategy and execution. The focus is on delivering high-quality, performance-driven campaigns, while also identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand how Paid Media contributes across the business.
Alongside client delivery, the role will support the agency's own paid media activity and contribute to new business through pitching, idea generation, and identifying growth opportunities.
The role:
Permanent, full-time Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) Lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across client accounts, ensuring activity aligns with client KPIs, performance targets, and wider business objectives Take ownership of campaign performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, testing, and growth Ensure paid media activity integrates effectively with other channels (Digital PR, Creative), contributing to cohesive cross-channel strategy Contribute to ongoing development of the Paid Media offering by sharing insights from client performance, testing, and market trends Identify opportunities to expand Paid Media activity across existing clients, including upselling and cross-channel integration Support new business activity by contributing expertise to pitches and proposals Lead the execution of paid media activity for ICS-digital's own marketing, working closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand growth Proactively contribute to the agency's marketing and thought leadership efforts, including blogs, articles and other content focused on Paid Media
About you:
Strong experience planning, delivering, and optimising Paid Media campaigns across key platforms e.g. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Programmatic Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas, performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret performance data and use insights to inform campaign decisions and improvements Comfortable working in a hands-on role, balancing strategy and execution across multiple accounts Experience working in a smaller agency or lean team environment, with the ability to take ownership and work proactively Commercially aware, with an understanding of how Paid Media contributes to client outcomes and broader business goals Proactive and solution-oriented, consistently looking for ways to improve performance and identify new opportunities Comfortable contributing to marketing and thought leadership activity, including building a visible presence for yourself and the agency
