As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and developing solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll be part of a small, highly skilled team where your contributions will directly influence product direction, scalability, and customer impact.
What You’ll Do Design, develop, and extend solutions on Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Build AI-enabled productivity features leveraging CoPilot and Microsoft AI services. Develop custom integrations and components using JavaScript/TypeScript. Collaborate with experts to deliver features that solve real-world case management, contract, and compliance challenges. Contribute to best practices in solution design, security, scalability, and performance.

What We’re Looking For Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. Hands-on expertise with Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Expertise with JavaScript & TypeScript for custom development. Experience integrating with external APIs and services. Exposure to AI/CoPilot features within the Microsoft ecosystem is highly desirable. Background in legal technology, compliance, professional services, or other case/contract management platforms is a plus. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
