Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology) Basic £35K to £55K plus OTE

Overview

My client are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing technology recruitment business. This role is ideal for an individual with an established niche (or the ambition to build one) and a strong track record in client development and revenue generation.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, leverage existing client relationships across the UK, Europe, and US, and further scale your market with full support from an experienced leadership team and in-house delivery function.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a specialist technology recruitment desk (contract, permanent, or both) Win new business and build long-term, consultative client relationships Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities within your chosen niche Collaborate with internal delivery teams to maximise efficiency and revenue Maintain a high standard of candidate and client experience Consistently meet and exceed individual billing targets

Requirements

3–5+ years’ experience in technology recruitment Proven track record of billing success and client development Established network within a specific technology vertical (e.g. Software, Data, Product, Infrastructure, Cyber, Tech Sales) Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a team environment Driven, ambitious, and motivated by financial reward and career progression
