Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Critchlow Estate Agents LTD in Stoke-On-Trent. This on-site role involves liaising with clients, negotiating sales and lettings, valuing properties, and closing transactions. The Senior Sales Negotiator will coordinate property viewings, develop strong client and customer relationships, and ensure each stage of the sales or letting process runs smoothly. The position also includes maintaining an expert understanding of the property market and providing tailored property advice to clients.

Experience in Estate Agents and knowledge of property sales and lettings processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships effectively Proven experience in Sales with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully Understanding and practical knowledge of Lettings operations and property management Proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized approach to work Full driving license is required Prior senior negotiation experience in real estate is a plus
