I’m working with a Leeds-based tech recruitment business turning over £5m+ with a small, experienced team.

Founder-led. Profitable. No politics.

They’re not filling a seat. They’ll move when they meet the right person.

The role

You’ll run your own desk across software, cloud, data and digital.

There are existing client relationships in the business and you’ll have access to them. But the expectation is that you build alongside that. Not rely on it.

This suits someone who can:

• win new clients • grow accounts properly • take ownership of relationships • manage the full process without needing direction

No heavy KPIs. No micromanagement.

You’re trusted to get on with it and to raise the level, not just maintain it.

You’ll have visibility, autonomy and the chance to shape your own market rather than work within someone else’s.
