Job Details
Join our Community Learning & Development team and support the delivery of EasyP programme, helping young people aged 16-18 build confidence, skills and move into positive futures.
What you will do:

Deliver engaging group sessions and learning activities.

Build trusted relationships with young people.

Support confidence, wellbeing and employability skills
-
Help young people progress to education, training or work.
-
Work with partners to provide joined-up support.
You will bring

Experience of working with young people.

Confidence leading groups and engaging young people.

Strong communication skills.
-
A positive, supportive and inclusive approach.
The Person
-
Significant experience in a youth work setting.
-
SVQ 2 or 3 in Youth Work/PDA is desirable

Experience of developing learning and education programmes with young people. (deliver results – See ‘How We Work Matters’ framework)

Good organisational skills.

Ability to plan a programme around their needs.

Group facilitation skills
-
Ability to handle challenging situations.

Ability to motivate young people and encourage participation.
-
Ability to provide a regular and effective service.
-
Ability to travel within Fife if required.
