SEO & AEO Lead

We're recruiting an SEO & AEO Lead to drive the strategy that grow organic discovery across search engines and LLM answer surfaces. Own the roadmap for technical SEO, content structure and search visibility, ensuring the website architecture and page templates support both discovery and conversion across existing and new markets.

Your team

This role is based in either our London or Lisbon office. Our London office is our headquarters, located in the heart of East London and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat and explore. The office offers a modern working environment with spacious communal areas, a bike shed, and showers. We also have a rooftop terrace that the team makes the most of during the summer - whenever we're lucky enough for a bit of sun!

Our Lisbon office is located in the Marquês de Pombal area, in the heart of the city, with excellent access to public transport and a wide range of nearby restaurants, cafés, and services - including the beautiful Parque Eduardo VII. The office offers a comfortable and inclusive working environment, featuring dedicated wellbeing areas and communal spaces designed to support collaboration and connection. Our team here plays a vital role in supporting our European market from our first continental European office.

Responsibilities

Defining SEO and AEO strategy across priority markets and queries Owning the SEO roadmap including page types, structured content and internal linking Working with Tech to deliver the technical SEO backlog and CMS requirements Driving search visibility across traditional search engines and LLM answer surfaces Supporting content planning and ensure SEO best practices across all organic pages Partnering with CRO and Paid Media teams to improve landing page performance

Requirements

Strong technical SEO and AEO knowledge Experience defining scalable content structures and page templates Ability to work closely with Tech teams Strong understanding of search intent and SERP structures Experience driving measurable organic growth
