Vertu Nissan Glasgow Central – Service Advisor

Here at Vertu Nissan Glasgow Central, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our well-established, friendly team. If you’re looking to build a long-term career with one of the UK’s largest motor retailers, this could be the perfect next step.

We are offering a basic salary of up to £32,000 (depending on experience) plus an excellent range of company benefits. This role is Monday to Friday, so every weekend is your own.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and vital positions in our dealership. Customer service isn’t just about booking vehicles in — it’s about creating warm, trusted relationships and making sure every customer feels looked after from start to finish. You’ll be the key link between the customer and the workshop, helping to deliver a seamless and reassuring experience.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop Setting clear expectations and keeping customers updated throughout the service/repair Upselling relevant products and services to support customer needs Following up with customers to ensure they are happy with the work carried out Supporting a high-performing service team by working efficiently to targets and deadlines

What we’re looking for

To be considered, you’ll need previous customer-facing service experience (essential). You’ll also be:

Highly customer focused, with a natural ability to build rapport A confident communicator, comfortable handling a busy and fast-paced environment Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Motivated by targets and delivering a great customer experience

Previous experience as a Service Advisor would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
