Key Responsibilities
You’ll be a vital part of our airport Service Quality team — keeping systems running and supporting the people who keep planes moving. ✈️💻
You will learn to:
Analyse scanning conformance of the Hubs/Gateways and distribute to relevant functions for corrections Customer requirements analysis/ report creating Development of engineering data strategy Data channel development and storage PowerBI dashboard creation and maintenance Trend analysis of leading indicators Development of web interfaces and applications Collaborative working with other analysts in the business to develop standard ways of working Support to other analysts within the service quality team
Complete a Data Technician apprenticeship qualification
