Role Description We are seeking a full-time Setter Operator to join our team at our Cheltenham location. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for setting and operating machinery to produce high-quality components, ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards. Key duties include setting up tools and machines, monitoring production processes to maintain efficiency, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. You will collaborate closely with the production team to meet output targets while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications Proficiency in machine setup and operation, with knowledge of operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain quality standards during production processes. Experience with technical drawings, mechanical tools, and understanding of production specifications and tolerances. Solid understanding of workplace safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical training in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
