About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a premium experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll manage the front desk, handle calls and enquiries, and support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Your Responsibilities:

Greet all customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area Coordinate appointments and support scheduling for the sales team Provide general administrative assistance

We’re Looking For:

Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Immaculate personal presentation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using phones, email, and basic office systems
