Personal Brand Storyteller (Content Creator) Location: London (hybrid – office, shoots, and on-the-ground) Salary: £60,000 The Opportunity We’re looking for someone who truly understands content — not just how to post, but how to build something people genuinely care about. You’ll work closely with a high-energy founder, bringing their voice, ideas, and personality to life across social media, events, and more. This is not a desk-based scheduling role. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and centred around capturing real moments and shaping them into compelling content. What You’ll Be Doing Filming content across office days, events, and on-the-move moments Editing footage into high-quality, engaging content Creating content that performs across social platforms Developing ideas, formats, and campaigns — not just executing them Capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments and live energy Helping shape the overall content direction and personal brand Working closely with the founder to ensure consistency and authenticity Keeping content relevant, timely, and aligned with current trends What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience creating content (ideally for a founder or personal brand) Strong understanding of social media and content performance Confidence shooting with DSLR or similar video equipment Strong editing skills (e.g. Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools) A natural instinct for storytelling and timing Strong attention to detail High emotional intelligence and ability to work closely with a founder Energy, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership Why This Role Stands Out This is more than a standard content role.
