Software Engineer (Full Stack / .NET)

We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join our Technology function. This role focuses on designing, developing, and improving new and existing software applications, supporting reliable delivery into production, and contributing to high-quality, efficient engineering outcomes that align with our strategic priorities.

You will be part of a new and very exciting tech squad that is being formed to operate in a strong Agile environment and engineering best practice. Working across a three-squad community, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, testers, and business colleagues, balancing in-person collaboration with flexible and remote working to deliver shared goals.

What's The Role

Design, develop, and enhance new and existing software applications. Deliver technical tasks end to end, from implementation through to production support. Collaborate within an Agile squad to deliver backlog items aligned to business priorities. Apply unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality, reliable software. Identify and make technical debt visible, proposing practical solutions and improvements. Support production issues through effective problem solving and troubleshooting. Document solutions to support knowledge sharing and a stable development environment.

What Can You Offer

Experience developing software using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. Knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing approaches. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and modern CI/CD practices. Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments such as Scrum. Understanding of TDD and BDD principles. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
