JOIN THE WARMPRO TEAM Solar Sales Consultants – London (Office-Based / Hybrid) Big Commission. No Ceiling. WarmPro Group is expanding its Solar division and we are looking for driven, high-performing Sales Consultants to join our growing team. With warm leads provided daily, a proven delivery model, and a fast-scaling pipeline, this is a genuine opportunity to earn £80K+ OTE, with top performers exceeding £120K+.

The Opportunity You’ll be working with pre-qualified, warm inbound leads, engaging homeowners and commercial clients interested in solar solutions. This is not cold calling, it’s about closing quality opportunities and maximising conversion. You will guide customers through understanding their energy needs, recommending tailored solar solutions, presenting clear and compelling proposals, and closing deals while managing the customer journey through to installation.

What We’re Looking For Proven sales ability, ideally within solar or a similar sector Strong communication skills and confidence in closing deals Experience handling inbound or warm leads Motivated by high earnings and performance targets Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and compelling way Self-driven, organised, and results-focused Solar experience is a bonus, but strong closers are essential.

Location London-based role with hybrid flexibility.
