Role Description Aramark are currently recruiting a Sous Chef based in the prestigious Parliament buildings within Stormont estate. The successful candidate will support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in ensuring consistently high standards of food delivery and kitchen management across all sections of the onsite operation. Offering real work-life balance, this role is predominately Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work (shared amongst the team). Qualifications Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating Experience in kitchen management, including supervising staff and overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations Knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and inventory control Menu planning and ability to create innovative, customer-focused dishes using seasonal ingredients Effective communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration and efficiency in the kitchen Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent professional experience Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs
