Job Description: Responsibilities: Digital & Demand Generation Own the digital marketing strategy in partnership with the global team Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and paid channels Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to drive lead generation and nurturing Analyse campaign performance, website engagement, and conversion metrics to optimize results Support lead lifecycle management to ensure qualified leads are effectively passed to sales Content Marketing Create, edit, and optimize content across multiple channels, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and communication standards Partner cross-functionally to develop thought leadership content and position the company as an industry leader Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization Maintain and evolve content strategies based on performance and industry trends Field Marketing & Events Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and client engagements Own end-to-end event execution: strategy, logistics, promotion, content, and follow-up Drive demand generation before, during, and after events to maximize pipeline impact Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on event goals and execution Manage vendor relationships, event budgets, and logistics Track and report on event ROI, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and cost efficiency Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy Build strong cross-functional relationships to support business growth across departments Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and effectiveness Localize and adapt global campaigns for regional success where needed Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role (digital, content, or field marketing), preferably in B2B or technology environments Proven experience driving demand generation and supporting sales pipeline growth Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media management, and campaign execution Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices Experience planning and executing events (in-person and virtual) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics platforms is a plus Ability to travel as needed Educated to degree level in Business or Marketing related subject or relevant professional qualification Membership of a relevant professional body (such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing) is desirable Benefits: We offer also offers Group Life Insurance, Group Income Protection, Critical Illness, Health Cash Plan, Employee Assistance, Salary Exchange Pension Scheme.
