Supervisor (Part Time)

Supervisors work with the store manager, team, and wider business to fulfil our vision of: Honest, good mood food, crafted coffee, and drinks – proudly served, delivering soul at scale.

Supervisors do this through collaboration with the team to fulfil our mission: Good is always served. To curate quality product and welcoming environments, to secure the return visit. To always be good for colleagues and customer.

Requirements

• People person with fantastic front of house skills
• Great attention to detail
• Desire to learn and really love what you do
• Customer service experience, particularly within a high-volume food and drink business or the hospitality industry (previous experience not required)

Responsibilities

• Champion your team to ensure SOHO brand standards & high product quality are met & delivered every time
• Run a brilliant shift to ensure customers are well looked after
• Share passion and personality with customers and team to create a fantastic environment
• Demonstrate company values daily by being flexible & working where the team needs you most
