Mary Rush Care is currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join the team at our residential service on Thatcham Avenue. This is a full-time opportunity within a well-established, supportive setting that provides high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide consistent, high-quality care tailored to individual needs Support residents with daily routines and personal care Encourage independence and promote overall wellbeing Develop positive, respectful relationships with residents Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
