This role is fast moving and you will be involved in high volume recruitment, as well as general HR ops and being the link between potential talent and open roles. This role will only suit someone with experience in high volume recruitment and a genuine interest in cars.

DUTIES

High volume Recruitment Advertise roles direct on Linkedin, screen and manage the candidate responses Organise and coordinate candidate interviews Support job postings and CV screening Prepare interview materials and track recruitment progress HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, offer letters, exit documentation) Assist with probation tracking, contract changes, and employee updates Manage HR inbox and respond to employee queries Assist with internal events and engagement initiatives Ensure HR processes align with UK employment law and internal policies ( GDPR) Payroll & Benefits Data management : ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll General benefits administration (pension, insurance, etc.) Track absence, annual leave, and HR metrics Learning & Development Coordinate training programmes and onboarding plans Maintain training records and monitor completion

REQUIREMENTS

Degree educated Agency recruitment ( high volume recruitment) HR experience Demonstrable interest in automotive
