Talent Specialist / Internal Recruiter

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Talent Specialist / Internal Recruiter to join our team in London and support hiring across engineering, sales, and operations in both the UK and USA. This is a great opportunity for someone with early recruitment experience who wants to grow their in-house talent career in a broad, hands-on role. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, help keep recruitment processes moving, and play an important role in delivering a strong candidate experience. What you’ll be doing Supporting hiring across engineering, sales, and operations roles Working with hiring managers to understand role requirements Writing and posting job adverts Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Screening CVs and carrying out initial recruiter calls Coordinating interviews across UK and US time zones Managing candidate communication throughout the process Keeping ATS records, pipelines, and hiring admin up to date Supporting offers, feedback collection, and general recruitment operations What we’re looking for Around 3 years’ plus experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination Experience in-house or in an agency environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once Confident communication skills and a professional candidate manner Experience sourcing candidates and supporting live hiring processes Good attention to detail and strong follow-through Interest in hiring across both technical and non-technical roles Comfortable working across teams in the UK and USA Nice to have Experience hiring for engineering, sales, or operations roles Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar Experience coordinating interviews across time zones Startup or high-growth company experience Why join us Broad exposure across multiple functions and geographies Opportunity to build your in-house recruiting career A hands-on role with real ownership and visibility Collaborative team environment with room to grow If you’re organised, people-focused, and excited by helping great teams hire well, we’d love to hear from you.
