Tax Associate (2–4 PQE) | London | International Law Firm A leading international law firm is looking to hire a mid-level Tax Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its highly regarded London tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad mix of international and domestic transactional and advisory matters, supporting complex work across corporate, finance, and real estate transactions. The team regularly collaborates with colleagues across global offices, including a strong pipeline of work from the US. The Opportunity You will join a small, collaborative tax team within a major London office and work closely with senior lawyers on high-profile matters. From day one, you will have meaningful responsibility, exposure to complex deals, and the opportunity to develop your profile within a supportive and internationally connected practice. Key Responsibilities Advising on domestic and cross-border tax aspects of corporate transactions Supporting finance and real estate related tax matters Working closely with lawyers across multiple practice groups and international offices Contributing to client relationship development and business development initiatives Candidate Requirements 2–4 years’ PQE as a tax lawyer in private practice Experience advising on corporate tax matters (finance and/or real estate exposure beneficial) Exposure to international tax issues is advantageous Strong technical, drafting, and communication skills Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to build strong relationships internally and with clients Interest in business development and networking Why Apply?
