Company Description The University of Liverpool Maths School teaches students aged 16-19 who are passionate about mathematical sciences. With close support from the University of Liverpool, the school provides specialized preparation for STEM degrees and careers. The curriculum includes A-Level Mathematics, A-Level Further Mathematics, A-Level Physics, and AS Computer Science, ensuring students receive comprehensive, high-level education and training in these disciplines.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Liverpool, for a Teacher of Mathematics. The role involves designing and delivering high-quality lessons in A-Level Mathematics and related subjects, developing engaging and innovative lesson plans, and assessing students' progress. The Teacher of Mathematics will also contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to support students' academic and personal growth.

Qualifications Strong expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development Qualified Teacher status or equivalent teaching qualification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire and engage students with a passion for mathematical sciences Experience teaching advanced levels, such as A-Level or equivalent, is advantageous A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
