The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time team leader to join our Bicester Village store for Penhaligon's. This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Sunday – Saturday inclusive.
The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the management team with the ability to assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in his/her absence. The Team Leader role is inclusive of all team members, merchandise and customer service elements. The Team Leader is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams. Analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
Continuously motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service
Assist in the management of the client database and utilise information to increase sales and client contact
Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively. Support and assist in team member training
Understand and execute cash control procedures including: bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash
Collaborate with the Store Manager in areas of staffing levels, risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
Assist in all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies
