Technical Sales Manager - Water Treatment
About the role: Provide specific technical or scientific expertise to customers and/or Account Managers, in order to achieve sales performance targets agreed, in the industry, segment or product portfolio assigned. Contribute to the development of (sub-) industries or product portfolio assigned, with focus on new clients. A science based degree and/or experience in the water treatment sector is required. Responsibilities: Use technical expertise to create value for the customer and drive opportunities/projects Manage and convert sales opportunities. Visit and build customer relationships to drive long term growth. Support Sales Managers, Business Managers, Account Manager (external) across all products specific to the Water Treatment industry. Provide deep technical and application expertise where the sales representative has limited technical background/knowledge. Maintain / build product knowledge. Maintain / build industry knowledge: trends, regulations, needs.
