Why This Role Is Different This isn’t just a maintenance job. You are out in the pubs, in the cellars, behind the bar keeping things running properly so pubs can trade without interruption. Our technicians are known across the estate. Business Owners trust you, rely on you, and are always glad to see you. You don’t just fix things when they break. You spot problems early, prevent them where you can, and sort them properly when they happen. No fuss. No overcomplicating it. Just doing a good job and helping people out.

Role Purpose The Technical Services Technician keeps our pubs running. You will install, maintain, and repair dispense and cooling systems making sure every drink is served at its best and pubs can operate without disruption. Where This Role Can Take You This role gives you the chance to build real expertise across dispense, cooling, and pub operations. Over time, there are opportunities to develop into more specialist technical roles, support larger projects, or move into leadership within the technical services team.
