About the role As Therapeutic Practitioner you will help support young people living within our therapeutic care home. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people to flourish whilst being a point of contact and support for the Therapeutic Practitioner.
About You You will have previous experience working in a support role in a Residential Children’s Care home along with knowledge and experience of Safeguarding practices. An understanding and experience of working with young people with Emotional and/or Behavioural difficulties is required as well as the ability to work in challenging environments and leading excellence in care.

Experience working in a therapeutic environment is highly advantageous.
You will be Level 3/4 Diploma for Children and Young People’s Workforce. An equivalent qualification will be considered.
