TikTok Specialist (eCommerce & Content), 3 Month Contract 📍 Location: Fully Remote 🕒 Start: ASAP 📆 Duration: Initial 3 months, with potential to extend or convert to permanent
Introduction We are working with a growing eCommerce-focused business looking to bring in a TikTok Specialist to drive performance and build a strong social presence across TikTok Shop and organic channels.
The Role This role is ideal for someone hands-on, proactive, and deeply embedded in TikTok culture. You will be responsible for managing TikTok Shop operations, driving revenue through platform tools, and creating or guiding reactive, trend-led content. You will work across multiple brands, helping to build their identity on TikTok while optimising performance through shop features, affiliates, and paid solutions. Responsibilities include: • Managing TikTok Shop end-to-end, including setup, optimisation, and ongoing performance • Integrating and managing TikTok Shop with Shopify • Overseeing merchandising, promotions, and product visibility within the platform • Managing and scaling affiliate partnerships to drive revenue growth • Running and optimising GMV Max campaigns (TikTok Shop advertising) • Supporting broader TikTok advertising activity beyond GMV Max where required • Planning and executing TikTok Live sessions to drive engagement and sales • Creating and/or guiding fast-paced, trend-led content aligned to current cultural moments • Collaborating on building and evolving brand identity across TikTok and wider social channels • Working across multiple markets (e.g. UK and US), adapting strategies accordingly • Supporting content and strategy across additional platforms such as Instagram and Snapchat • Monitoring performance and providing insights to improve content and commercial outcomes
You – Skills & Experience: • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop and driving eCommerce performance • Strong understanding of Shopify integrations and product catalogue management • Experience with affiliate marketing and creator partnerships • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop ads (GMV Max) and ideally broader TikTok Ads • Confident managing TikTok Lives and using them to drive engagement and sales • Strong awareness of TikTok trends and ability to react quickly with relevant content • Experience working across multiple brands or markets is a plus (e.g. UK and US) • Familiarity with other social platforms such as Instagram and Snapchat
