Role Purpose and Key Responsibili tiesAs Training Delivery Manager, you will lead the Learning & Development Operations team, with responsibility for the global scheduling, coordination and operational delivery of public and bespoke training products. Reporting to the Head of Product Delivery, you will ensure a seamless, high‑quality learner experience across digital platforms, face‑to‑face delivery and the RICS Learner Management System (Mood le).This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, stakeholder management and continuous improvement across a complex global training portfo
lio. Key Responsibili ties:Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing global operations team, setting clear objectives and role‑modelling RICS va lues.Manage the global training operations plan, ensuring accurate scheduling, systems updates and stakeholder communication across digital and in‑person for mats.Oversee delivery support for public and bespoke B2B training solutions, working closely with product, events and partnership t eams.Manage digital learning platforms (including Moodle, MS Teams, Zoom and GoToWebinar) to optimise functionality and learner experi ence.Ensure quality assurance, customer service standards and regulatory requirements (including Ofqual‑related products) are consistently met.Manage suppliers, costs and evaluation processes, ensuring delivery meets quality standards, margins and continuous‑improvement g

Skills & Expe rience:Experience leading learning operations or course coordination within training or higher‑education enviro nments.Strong people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.Experience working with learner management systems, ideally Moodle.Strong operational and organisational capability, managing complex schedules across multiple m arkets.Proven ability to work collaboratively across matrixed, geographically dispersed teams and stakeh olders.Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management
