Job Summary

We are hiring Transcriptionists / Data Labelers to support AI training by converting audio and conversational data into structured, high-quality datasets.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong listening, typing, and attention-to-detail skills, especially those with experience in transcription, content review, or data labeling.

Key Responsibilities

Transcribe audio recordings accurately (including speaker labels and timestamps when required) Label and annotate audio and text data based on guidelines Ensure consistency and accuracy across tasks Follow structured instructions and annotation rules Flag unclear or low-quality audio/data Meet productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements

Native or near-native British English proficiency Strong listening and comprehension skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow detailed instructions Comfortable working on repetitive, task-based work Basic computer and internet skills

Nice to Have

Experience in transcription, captioning, or subtitling Experience in data labeling or annotation Familiarity with QA or review processes
