The role:

 

As a Transport Compliance Administrator at Next, you will work closely with the Transport Quality Manager to create basic transport processes and review/analyse fleet and driver compliance/financial information in order to improve service and lower costs.  This is a key role working Monday - Friday within the Transport Compliance team at our flagship distribution centre, E3. As an Administrator, you will use your experience to ensure consistency and accuracy across transport systems.

 

 

What you’ll take on

 

You will be responsible for 

 

  • Generating statistics and data  for the transport management teams and the wider business
  • Producing regular reports to agreed deadlines. 
  • Producing and distributing financial and compliance KPIs, highlighting any common themes, trends and  discrepancies.  
  • Update the Quality Management System and Transport website with key process changes
  • In order to manage costs, you will process all assigned purchase order numbers and invoices as and when necessary

We are looking for someone who follows company policies and procedures at all times and reports any issues or training needs to your line manager.

Previous experience of working within an administrative role with intermediate to advanced PC skills in Google Suite is essential.  A knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage. You will have excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to understand and interpret information, documenting it in a clear and concise way.  You must be able to work accurately at pace to meet all deadlinesy.  You must be able to work accurately at pace to meet all deadlines
