The Role

As a Transport Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations: Assigning jobs to drivers based on location and vehicle capacity Monitoring deliveries to ensure they’re always on time Acting as the main point of contact for drivers and customers Handling last-minute bookings and solving problems quickly Keeping our systems updated with accurate, real-time information

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills (experience in transport/dispatch is a bonus) Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure Clear and confident communication Good knowledge of UK roads (preferred) Comfortable using logistics software and office systems
