Transport Coordinator

Loom Talent are supporting with the recruitment of a Transport Coordinator for a client in Bracknell. Our client have a long history in their sector and have a strong reputation for providing a high quality and reliable service to their customers. As Transport Coordinator you will have the following responsibilities: Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks. Adjust plans to handle additional requests efficiently. Monitor staff performance and maintain standards. Ensure all activities follow safety and company policies. Schedule vehicle servicing and inspections. Manage absences and handle breakdowns. Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports for management. Manage customer expectations effectively and professionally

High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Accountable for results and long-term objectives. Works well in a team and independently. Good organisational and time management skills. Able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Effective negotiation and relationship management skills. You will join a highly reputable business and will receive a competitive salary. This a full-time role, working Monday to Friday and based on-site in Bracknell.
