Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Transport Planner role based in Rotherham. The Transport Planner will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing transport operations, planning efficient routes, and liaising with clients and drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Additional responsibilities include monitoring transport schedules, resolving logistical issues, managing data related to shipments, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications Proficiency in Transportation Planning and Transport Modelling Strong skills in Operations Management and Transportation Management Excellent Communication and coordination skills Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving logistics challenges Experience with logistics software or transport management systems is an advantage Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the transport sector Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site operational environment
