The Opportunity We are seeking a commercially driven and inspirational Business Manager to lead a flagship beauty counter within a fast-paced travel retail environment. Representing a globally recognised brand, you will be responsible for driving performance, elevating service standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience to an international audience. This role is highly hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong leadership, energy on the shop floor, and a passion for artistry and service.

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of makeup artists and sales advisors, creating a high-performance and service-led culture Drive sales across all KPIs including ATV, UPT, conversion, and daily/weekly targets Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, leading by example through customer engagement and makeup artistry services Deliver personalised consultations, adapting approach to suit a diverse, international clientele Build and nurture a strong clienteling culture, capturing customer data and encouraging repeat business Analyse trading performance and implement strategies to maximise sales opportunities in a high-footfall environment Ensure exceptional standards across visual merchandising, stock management, and operations Plan and execute in-store events, animations, and product launches to drive engagement and footfall Manage rotas, staffing, and daily operations in line with trading demands Collaborate with internal stakeholders and airport partners to optimise performance and visibility

About You Proven experience in a beauty retail management role, ideally within luxury or travel retail Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering against targets Passionate about makeup artistry, skincare, and delivering exceptional service A confident and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Skilled in coaching, developing teams, and driving performance through clear direction and feedback Experienced in working with high volumes of customers and maintaining service standards under pressure Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a 7-day trading environment
