Role Description The Used Car Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing daily operations within the pre-owned vehicle sales department to meet sales targets and maximize profitability. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining high sales standards, analyzing sales data, and implementing effective sales strategies to boost results. In addition, the role demands fostering excellent customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications Experience and expertise in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Sales Processes Proven ability in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong knowledge of Sales management with the ability to lead and motivate a team Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is an advantage A valid UK driving license is required
