As a Venue Assistant overseeing multiple venues and stadia across London including Wembley Stadium, you will be responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations. You will ensure exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and financial performance across all sites.
Working closely with Venue Managers, clients and sub-contractors, you will be accountable for maintaining compliance, optimising profitability, and ensuring that each customer experience reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism associated with Freemans Event Partners.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Competent in using Microsoft Office and industry-standard systems (e.g., EPOS, stock management).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules across multiple London venues.

Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of all food and beverage operations across assigned venues.

Deliver efficient, profitable F&B services while maintaining financial targets and maximising revenue growth.

Ensure that all outlets reflect the professionalism and brand standards of Freemans Event Partners, serving as the “front face” of the company to clients and consumers.

Ensure adherence to ‘must-stock’ lists, retail pricing frameworks, and margin protection strategies.

Manage the post-event reconciliation process, submitting accurate P&L data within five days of event completion.

Complete all event sales declarations within 24 hours post-event.

Identify and propose new revenue opportunities, product innovations, or cost-saving initiatives across venues.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support growth strategies, staff feeding initiatives, and additional F&B activations.

Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost control.

Work with the Staffing Manager to build, train, and motivate a high-performing F&B team.

Ensure staff welfare, including safe transportation, accommodation, and fair working conditions.

Promote a coaching and mentoring culture, supporting team development and succession planning.

Collaborate with the Venue Manager to ensure planning, resourcing, and delivery align with event objectives.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

Manage maintenance schedules for outlets and coordinate annual compliance testing.

Uphold all financial and operational processes with integrity and accuracy.

Maintain consistently high standards in product quality and guest service.

Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback, reviews, and direct communication, ensuring swift resolution of any issues.

Champion continuous improvement in service standards and operational efficiency.
