What will you be doing?
At Clothing Collective, our story began in 2018, when we set out to assist those in our society facing difficulties in clothing themselves. We wanted to bridge the gap between the vast resources available across the country and those who had little or no access to them. Over the past eight years, we have become a recognised leader in providing access to clothing by connecting people in need with existing stock held by charity shops.
In 2024, we entered an exciting new chapter as a charity, revitalising and refocusing our mission. We are strengthening our offer and empowering our partners and volunteers to help achieve our goals.
As our volunteer bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the charity. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining financial transactions in Xero, ensuring records are up to date and well organised.
You will work directly with the CEO and Treasurer, supporting day-to-day financial administration and helping to ensure the charity operates efficiently and in line with best practices. This role is well suited to someone who is confident working independently, brings a practical and experienced approach, and is looking for a flexible way to contribute their skills to a meaningful cause.
