PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Here at Keele SU, everything we do is about empowering students to be who they want to be and make a difference to the world. We support, represent, entertain, and build a community where every student feels included and inspired.
Now, we’re looking for a creative, curious and ambitious Web & Digital Platforms Coordinator, fixed term contract until June 2027. As a digital‑first Students’ Union, the website and digital platforms are key tools supporting student engagement, representation and communications. This role provides specialist technical and operational support of these platforms by maintaining content, structures and access, and by providing specialist technical support to staff and student leaders.
The Web & Digital Platforms Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, accessibility and reliability of Keele SU’s website and associated digital platforms, primarily delivered through the MSL system. The role provides specialist operational support, ensuring platforms function as intended and that users are supported to use them effectively in line with agreed processes and priorities.
This is a web‑led, operational role, focused on maintaining reliable digital services for students rather than marketing strategy or insight generation.
If you’re excited by the idea of creating work that inspires, informs and empowers thousands of students every year, we’d love to hear from you.
