We’re looking for a Webinar / Podcast Host to lead thoughtful, empathetic conversations with parents and experts, and help shape how we tell stories in this space. This role would particularly suit someone with lived experience as a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child who brings personal insight and the ability to hold nuanced, thoughtful conversations in a public-facing setting. You’ll be joining a small, experienced team working to ensure that parents feel heard, understood, and supported. What you’ll be doing Host and lead conversations with parents, clinicians, and experts Help define topics, themes, and episode structure Create a safe, thoughtful space for honest discussion Draw out practical insights and relatable experiences for listeners Collaborate with the team on tone, positioning, and content direction Contribute to shaping Neuly’s voice and perspective through the podcast What we’re looking for Lived experience as a parent or carer of a neurodivergent child Strong listening and conversational skills Confidence speaking with a range of people (parents, clinicians, experts) Curiosity and the ability to explore topics with empathy and nuance Clear communication and a natural, engaging presence (Desirable) Experience in podcasting, interviewing, or public speaking Why this role Flexible, part-time work Opportunity to shape an important conversation in this space Work on something with genuine social impact - improving outcomes for neurodivergent families who are too often underserved
